Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc gets new MD, read details

The board of directors of Law Union & Rock Insurance plc has approved the appointment of Yinka Bolarinwa as the managing director and chief executive officer of the company.
Bolarinwa takes over from Olumide Falohun, who formally disengaged from the company at the beginning of the month. A chartered insurer with over 26years work experience, Bolarinwa has been in senior management position in the industry for 18 years.
Prior to joining Law Union as Chief Executive, he was the Group Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance & General Insurance Company.
Bolarinwa holds a B.Sc degree from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Lagos State University, where he majored in International Business Management wining the overall best student award for that year.
