Law Union Offers 5 - Star Customer Experience

Law Union & Rock has instituted a new customer service charter that promises the company’s policy holders a ‘STAR’ treatment in claims settlement and all other aspects of insurance services. The MD said the new services code obliges company employees to focus on quality service delivery and star treatment for the customer. He said the set goal of delivering quality service to customers depends on staff attitude to work.
 
The Managing Director explained that during the year the company would leverage its growth potential through expansion, turnaround time and service level agreement with internal and                                       external customers. The retreat also agreed that the company should focus on strategic alliances to strengthen its relationship with local insurance brokers and a consortium of international partners.
Law Union has a strong technical relationship with a number of foreign insurance companies, which has enhanced the company’s capacity to assume big risks in the local market, with an eye on the West Coast market.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
The Managing Director said his management team has drawn up a programme of intensive training and re-training for staff across all levels, adding that the manpower development is part of the company’s quest to achieve the rate of growth that will make it one of the leading Nigerian insurance companies in non-life business.
