Law Union & Rock Insurance introduces new products

Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc. has introduced two new products into the Nigerian market: Autoplus, a personal car policy and Compac, an omnibus cover, were launched in a road show.
The products were unveiled during a roadshow organized by the company around Ikeja area and environs in Lagos aimed at creating awareness on the existence of the products thereby increasing their market demand.
Auto plus offers the policy holder an opportunity to get a personal accident cover from a car insurance policy with features like free tracking device for new and top class car brands. Under the cover, the policyholder is also given a replacement car for two weeks in case of accident on the insured car while the car undergoes repairs.
In case of accident, the policy covers medical and accidental damages like cost of personal effects in the car when it was stolen or when it was involved in an accident, with the assurance of timely investigation and compensation based on the outcome of the investigation.
The Compac product, otherwise known as householders’ policy is a comprehensive insurance policy where a landlord can insure his house, car, members of his nuclear family, including domestic employees together, instead of separately. Compac covers the biggest to the smallest property of the holder and saves time involved in insuring one property or family members one after the other.
