Law Union & Rock sets strategies to meet target

Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc has instituted a new customer service charter that promises the company’s policyholders the ‘STAR’ treatment in claims settlement and all other aspects of insurance service.
 
The MD/CEO, Mr. Yinka Bolarinwa said the new service code obliges company employees to focus on quality service delivery and star treatment for the customer.
 
Exceptional customer care is the new culture that must be imbibed by all staff, Bolarinwa told the staff of the company at a retreat in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. The retreat was put together to prepare staff for the new financial year. He said the set goal of delivering quality service to customers depends on staff attitude to work.
 

Speaking on ‘Managing Change through our Attitude, Bolarinwa said: There is little difference in people, but the little difference makes a big difference. The little difference is attitude, while the big difference is whether it is positive or negative
